Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as any additional terms and conditions referenced herein or that otherwise may apply to specific sections of the App or to products and services available through the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of any updates or modifications to these Terms.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

If you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account, you must notify us immediately at altug@web3vision.ca.

3. Educational Purpose and Fictional Content

The App provides educational content through fictional chatbots that simulate interactions with "legendary football players." The chatbots and any associated content are purely fictional and are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or representative of any real individuals, including but not limited to Lionel Messi or Didier Drogba. All advice or insights provided by the chatbots are simulations intended for educational purposes only.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and features available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, are the intellectual property of Pro Legacy or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any part of the App without express permission.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as explicitly allowed by law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Engage in conduct that disrupts the operation of the App or infringes on the rights of others.

6. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any third-party sites.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be available at any particular time or location, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Legacy, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of:

  • Your use or inability to use the App.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
  • Any errors or omissions in the content or operation of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pro Legacy, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the App.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, property, or privacy rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, but all provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will continue in effect, including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising from or related to the use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Canadian Law.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any additional terms or policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pro Legacy regarding the App, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
